How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Job83 account with the subject "Job83 account deletion request". If you cannot access that address, explain this in the message so ownership can be verified safely.

• Include the full name and email address used for the Job83 account.
• Do not send passwords, identity documents, banking details, or one-time PINs.
• Job83 may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.

Data deleted

After verification, Job83 will delete or anonymise the account profile and associated candidate data, including saved jobs, alerts, CV and Z83 workspace data, uploaded candidate documents, application records, and notification preferences, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

Data that may be retained

Job83 may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, moderation, or legal records for the period required by applicable law or legitimate compliance needs. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not kept as an active candidate profile.

What happens next

Job83 will acknowledge the request, verify ownership when needed, and confirm completion or explain any legally required retention. You can ask support for the status of an existing request.
