Job83

Platform policies

Simple rules for a safer platform.

These policies explain the standards we use to keep Job83 useful for candidates, employers, advertisers, and public job seekers.

Last reviewed:

Candidate information

Candidates should share only information that helps with their application profile, CV, matching, alerts, saved jobs, Z83 preparation, billing, or support. Details should be accurate and updated when they change.

Job post quality

Jobs should be real, current, lawful, clearly described, and connected to legitimate work. We may remove or reject posts that look misleading, duplicated, unsafe, discriminatory, expired, spammy, or unrelated to employment.

Advertising and monetisation standards

Job83 keeps ads clearly separated from core job content and avoids layouts that cause accidental clicks. Free users may see clearly labelled ads. Candidates with active R50 access do not see Job83 ad placements during their 30-day access period. We do not encourage artificial clicks, forced interaction, or deceptive ad placement.

Content we do not allow

Job83 does not allow scams, illegal activity, hate, harassment, sexually explicit content, dangerous products, malware, fake jobs, impersonation, or misleading payment requests. Copyright complaints and unsafe content can be reported through Contact support.

Data and privacy approach

We use candidate and employer data to operate the platform, improve matching, prepare documents, manage billing, provide support, protect accounts, and understand site performance. We do not sell candidate CVs or profiles as a data product.

Moderation

Job83 may review, edit, limit, suspend, or remove accounts, job posts, files, messages, ads, or generated content when needed to protect users, comply with law, maintain platform quality, or meet advertising and payment-provider rules.
