These terms explain how Job83 tokens, access, paid tools, candidate tools, employer tools, and job-preparation services work.

Service operator and scope
Job83 is operated by Mulaudzi H, based in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. These terms cover website access and the displayed Job83 services; employers and external sites have their own application and privacy terms. Contact [email protected] about these terms.
Content rights and linked services
Users must have authority to upload or publish their material and permit Job83 to process it to provide the requested service. Uploading does not transfer ownership of a CV to Job83. Source adverts and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. External links and advertising are not guarantees or endorsements; check the recipient before sharing information.
Applicable rights and disputes
These terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact support with the relevant transaction or page details to seek a resolution. Nothing in these terms prevents you from approaching an appropriate regulator or other lawful dispute-resolution channel.
Using Job83
By using Job83, users agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, respect other users, follow these policies, and review all generated content before submitting applications.
Tokens
A R15 token pack gives the candidate 3 Job83 tokens. Tokens are credited only after payment confirmation. Tokens may be used for paid CV, Z83, document merge, or other paid tools shown in the app.
30-day access
The Job83 R50 access plan gives 30 days of unlimited use beyond weekly free limits for supported tools and removes Job83 ads during that period. It does not automatically deduct again unless recurring billing is introduced and clearly shown.
Free weekly use
Registered candidates currently receive 10 CV rewrite or match actions, 7 final CV PDFs, 4 final Z83 PDFs, and 2 document merges each Monday-to-Sunday week. When the relevant allowance reaches zero, the user needs tokens or active R50 access to continue that supported action. Limits may be updated with clear notice to protect stability and fair use.
Payment confirmation
Payments are processed by iKhokha or the displayed payment provider. If a user returns to Job83 before confirmation is received, Job83 may check the payment status directly before assigning tokens or access.
Refunds
Refunds, failed payments, duplicate payments, and technical failures are handled according to the Refund Policy. Used digital services may reduce refund eligibility.
No employment guarantee
Job83 helps candidates discover jobs and prepare application documents, but it does not guarantee employment, interviews, shortlisting, appointment, or employer/department response. Job83 is an independent platform and not a government entity.
Government vacancies and Z83 preparation
Government job information is sourced from official vacancy circulars and department sources where available. Users are responsible for opening the original official source and verifying the reference, closing date, requirements, and submission method before applying. Job83 may prepare a Z83 or other documents from private user data, but Job83 does not submit government applications or act for a government department.
Candidate responsibility
Candidates must review all generated CVs, Z83 forms, merged documents, job requirements, closing dates, declarations, and application instructions before submitting an application.
Changes to service
Job83 may update features, prices, free limits, policies, support flows, and tools as the platform grows. Material billing information should be shown before payment.
Continued use of Job83 means the user accepts the current terms shown in the app. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
