This refund policy is designed to be clear for candidates while protecting Job83 from abuse of paid digital tools.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Refund requests are assessed on the actual purchase, delivery and failure circumstances; a digital-service label does not by itself remove those rights. Contact support if you disagree with an outcome and explain the requested resolution.
Failed or cancelled payments
Failed, cancelled, declined, expired, or reversed payments do not add tokens or 30-day access. If money left the users account, the user should contact support with the payment reference so Job83 can compare iKhokha records with Job83 billing records.
Duplicate payments
If a user accidentally pays twice for the same intended purchase, Job83 may refund one payment or credit the equivalent tokens/access after verifying the payment records and usage history.
Unused tokens
Refund requests for unused tokens may be considered if the request is made within a reasonable time, the payment can be verified, and no paid generation or paid action has used those tokens.
Used digital services
Because CVs, Z83s, document merges, AI rewrites, generated files, unlimited use, and ad-free access are digital services delivered immediately, used tokens or consumed plan time may reduce or remove refund eligibility.
Technical problems
If a paid tool fails because of a Job83 technical error and the user did not receive the expected output, Job83 may restore the token, extend access, re-run the generation, or issue a refund after checking logs and payment records.
How to request help
Send the Job83 account email, payment reference, amount paid, date paid, and a short description of the issue to [email protected] or use the in-app billing messages page if available.
Refund decisions are reviewed against payment records, usage history, and platform logs. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
